Contact messages

When you use the contact form, the site processes your name, email address, selected topic, message, and basic request information needed for security and delivery. The purpose is to read and respond to your inquiry.

Messages are sent through a private server endpoint to Gmail using authenticated SMTP. They are not saved in a public database or sold. Gmail may retain the resulting email while it is useful for responding or maintaining correspondence.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics 4 is optional and remains off until you choose “Accept analytics.” If accepted, it may process page views, device and browser information, approximate location, referring pages, and interactions using Google’s analytics technology.

Advertising storage, advertising personalization, and advertising-user-data features remain disabled. If you decline, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded by this site.

Your preference

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser’s local storage so the site can remember it on that device. You can change the choice at any time.

Sharing and safeguards

Contact details are used only to handle the conversation unless disclosure is required for security or legal reasons. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Questions or deletion requests

To ask what contact information is held, request deletion of a message, or raise a privacy question, email joshkennviray@gmail.com. Include enough context to identify the relevant conversation.
